Develop and maintain venue safety, life safety, risk management, and compliance programs. Conduct facility and event inspections, coordinate corrective actions, oversee emergency preparedness and incident investigations, maintain life safety systems and compliance records, and manage safety-related CMMS and preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate inspections with regulators, insurers, and vendors, while supporting employee safety training and operational best practices. The role requires flexible event-based scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supervise public safety personnel and event security operations for a major sports and entertainment campus. Responsibilities include training, staffing, investigations, incident report approval, policy development, inspections, vendor coordination, payroll reconciliation, police detail coordination, security-system oversight, inventory management, and maintaining facility safety, public order, and traffic control.
