Provides IT leadership for the modernization and automation of Unemployment Insurance systems. Oversees migration from IBM Mainframe and VB6 applications to Microsoft .NET, monitors production stability, manages application team workloads, schedules, estimates, risks, suppliers, quality processes, delivery metrics, and stakeholder communications.

Lead a team of database engineers and administrators while collaborating with application developers, business analysts, and server support teams. The role requires extensive Oracle database administration experience, expertise with Oracle Linux, ASM, Grid Control, and SQL Server, plus strong written and verbal communication skills. Oracle Certified Professional certification is required.

Perform enterprise risk assessments of networks, systems, and business applications. Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to analyze, test, and document security controls across the agency environment.
