Lead hands-on AI/ML research across retrieval, agents, model routing, multimodality, and evaluation infrastructure. Shape the research agenda, define measurable quality standards, manage a small research team, and partner with product and engineering to ship research-driven features. The role requires continued coding and experimentation, production AI/ML experience, and a track record of turning research into products.

Generate qualified meetings by prospecting mid-market and enterprise technical support leaders through calls, email, and LinkedIn. Research accounts, tailor messaging to relevant products, meet pipeline targets, test outbound strategies, validate new markets and use cases, and share effective tactics with the sales team. The role requires strong cold-calling, communication, multi-product selling, and familiarity with sales prospecting tools.

Owns the company’s finance function and related operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, FP&A, reporting, financial controls, compliance, board communications, fundraising support, pricing analysis, internal tooling, process improvement, and cost optimization. Partners closely with the CEO and leadership team while managing an Operations Manager and outsourced accounting firm in a lean, high-growth startup environment.
