Coordinate and manage outgoing OB/GYN referrals, verify insurance, arrange specialist appointments and surgeries, obtain referral notes, facilitate DME orders and pre-authorizations, document patient information, support clinical staff, and participate in community engagement. Bilingual communication and HIPAA compliance required.

The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees billing operations, ensures claims accuracy, manages accounts receivable, and collaborates with teams to enhance patient billing and service delivery.
