Provide day-to-day delivery of information, advice and post-diagnostic support to autistic children, adults and families. Maintain confidential records, develop resources and programmes, identify service gaps, engage partners, report on activity, and ensure the Community Support Hub meets regional needs.

Lead operational delivery of AsIAm's marketing, communications, brand and digital activity. Develop and coordinate communications plans, manage campaigns, website, social media, email marketing and content, supervise communications staff, ensure accessible neuro-affirmative messaging, monitor analytics, support media/PR, and maintain governance, consent and compliance across activities.

Lead employer partnerships to expand autism‑inclusive employment opportunities. Recruit and support employer partners, deliver training, coordinate placements, monitor programme outcomes, and support funding and reporting.
