Leads US market research project management delivery across qualitative and quantitative healthcare studies. Oversees project quality, timelines, risks, suppliers, fieldwork, deliverables, invoicing, and pharmacovigilance reporting. Manages, mentors, and develops Project Managers while handling client escalations and complex projects. Partners across RP, STEM, Finance, IT, Creative, and global teams to align processes, improve capabilities, and ensure consistent project delivery.

Supports consulting staffing across Vynamic by coordinating resource assignments, monitoring availability and project demand, managing stakeholder follow-through, and maintaining staffing communications. Develops reporting and dashboards for capacity, utilization, pipeline, availability, and demand; analyzes trends to inform forecasting and workforce decisions. Also supports staffing strategy, process improvements, hiring priorities, onboarding, and broader workforce planning initiatives.

Manages the costing, setup, fieldwork, data processing, timelines, suppliers, client deliverables, statements of work, invoicing, and adverse event reporting for quantitative healthcare market research projects. Coordinates internal and external stakeholders, supports operational improvements, and may develop line management responsibilities for junior staff.
