Run 45-minute Activation Consults to build partner pricing, close trials with card on file, and coach partners through Day 0–30 to reach fulfilled order counts. Source outbound pipeline, log all touches in GoHighLevel, run weekly deal reviews, and meet aggressive activation, show-rate, and close-rate targets. In-office role based in Plano, TX with heavy partner-facing Zoom interaction.

Support and scale the laboratory program by managing test catalogs, configuring partner-specific panels, coordinating with vendors (Quest, Labcorp), guiding partners and patients on specimen workflows, troubleshooting orders and reports, maintaining SOPs and training materials, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve lab operations and partner launches.

Provide Tier 1 IT support, manage user access lifecycles, triage bugs for developers, maintain SOPs and documentation, monitor integrations, and keep audit-ready access and inventory records to reduce operational friction.
