Provides in-person partner support through live phone coverage, Zendesk ticket management, outbound communication, issue resolution, escalation coordination, and proactive follow-up. The role owns partner issues through resolution, supports priority accounts, documents interactions, routes tickets across departments, and maintains service-level, productivity, and quality expectations. Full-time onsite work in Richardson, Texas, with Monday-Friday scheduling and weekend availability as needed.

Conduct four to six video consultations daily with wellness business owners, explain ASHER Health’s medical infrastructure, close agreements, collect initial payments, and schedule partner success calls. Manage follow-ups, maintain same-day CRM notes, participate in sales huddles, forecasts, role plays, and partner sessions. The role requires working onsite in the Dallas area five days weekly, meeting strict closing quotas, tracking sales metrics, and occasionally handling evening or Saturday consultations.

Business Development Representative contacts warm leads, responds rapidly to applications and bookings, qualifies business owners, schedules consultant consultations, confirms appointments, maintains CRM notes, and follows up with prospects. The role is measured by response speed, bookings, show rates, partner conversions, and CRM accuracy. It is an in-office Dallas role with an advancement path to Business Consultant.
