The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for executing sales plans, maintaining distributor relationships, closing sales leads, and maximizing profits within the Northwestern USA territory.

Manage assigned Midwest territory via distributors: execute annual sales plans, grow and maintain accounts, train distributors/customers, pursue leads, influence specifications, maximize margins, and report market and product feedback to internal teams.

Lead manufacturing operations to meet quality, on-time delivery, efficiency, safety and employee engagement goals. Drive continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma, manage labor, forecasts, budgets, plant layout, union relations, and develop Production Cell Managers to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
