Provide operational AWR expertise to develop, validate, and audit Navy training curricula and materials. Ensure technical accuracy, guide task analysis and assessment design, collaborate with analysts and I/O psychologists, support R&D and acquisition teams, and consult on instructional technologies while performing monthly travel and maintaining security requirements.

Design, implement, secure, and sustain enterprise and tactical network infrastructure for Navy LVC training systems. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network management systems in classified and unclassified environments. Ensure availability, monitor traffic, remediate vulnerabilities, support RMF compliance, and provide technical leadership during large-scale fleet and coalition training exercises. Up to 25% travel.

Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), enterprise storage, backup/recovery, and simulation software for Navy LVC training. Maintain RMF/STIG compliance, perform vulnerability remediation, support distributed training events, and provide operational support during major fleet exercises.
