Supports personnel, information, physical, and technical security activities at a secure Navy facility. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking security documentation, assisting the CPSO, applying security directives, safeguarding classified materials, verifying visitor clearances and access, and supporting occasional after-hours security needs.

Design, implement, secure, and sustain enterprise and tactical networks for Navy LVC training. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and monitoring systems. Support classified/unclassified networks, RMF and DISA STIG compliance, vulnerability remediation, and cybersecurity audits. Ensure network availability and rapid issue resolution during distributed training exercises and operational events.

Leads execution of a complex Navy program, managing staffing, schedules, funding, risks, deliverables, subcontractors, and technical performance. Coordinates installations, system integration, testing, training, cybersecurity, shipboard networks, Fleet acceptance, and deployment readiness. Serves as the primary customer representative to Government, Fleet, and industry stakeholders while ensuring security, RMF, ATO, COMSEC, and classified-material compliance. The role is full-time on-site in Lexington Park, Maryland, with CONUS and OCONUS travel and schedule flexibility required.
