Manage day-to-day operations of an Asda Opticians store: lead and coach optometrists and optical assistants, oversee clinic and shop-floor processes, ensure compliance, manage targets and forecasting, handle customer queries, and maintain high standards of patient care and team performance.

Lead store customer experience and service teams (Service, Back Office, Security, Cleaning). Drive customer feedback, coach teams, enforce availability and standards, resolve pricing issues, run listening groups, and develop talent to improve service and store performance.

Lead store operations to improve availability and reduce waste and shrink by embedding routines and processes. Coach and develop managers and teams, ensure contractual and wage compliance, execute promotions to brief, and maintain high shopfloor standards across food, non-food, and general merchandising.
