Manages the in-store online retail operation, including team engagement, rota planning, picker and driver resources, shrink reduction, picking accuracy, availability, customer service, and operational performance. Coaches and develops colleagues, executes trading activity, responds to customer feedback, manages change, and ensures online retail processes and performance standards are consistently delivered across shifts.
