The role includes accredited training toward Medicine Counter Assistant and Dispensing Assistant qualifications.

Lead operations across a large-format retail store, managing Ambient, Fresh, George, and General Merchandise departments. Drive availability, waste reduction, shrink control, promotional execution, legal compliance, wage control, and store standards. Coach managers and diverse teams, develop talent, manage change and employee relations cases, and deliver strong customer service and commercial performance.

Manage the in-store online retail operation, including team engagement, picker and driver scheduling, van deployment, shrink reduction, picking accuracy, availability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. Coach and develop colleagues, execute trading routines, respond to customer feedback and audits, manage change, and ensure consistent online service standards. The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, and varied shifts.
