Teams at Ascom

Leads Ascom’s global mechanical design team for mobile handsets, chargers, wall-mounted devices, and accessories. Responsibilities include people and technical leadership, resource and budget management, mechanical architecture, design reviews, verification, troubleshooting, documentation, regulatory and quality compliance, industrialization, risk management, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates across R&D, product management, quality, regulatory, supply, and international teams while supporting recruitment, engineering governance, and product lifecycle activities.

Manage and improve global and local HR systems, including HRIS, talent management, and payroll platforms. Coordinate upgrades, testing, enhancements, vendor relationships, and HR technology projects. Ensure HR data accuracy, security, compliance, and governance while creating reports and dashboards. Provide user support and training, optimize processes, maintain documentation, and collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and international stakeholders.

Manage global supply chain projects from planning through execution, product introduction, ramp-up, mass production, and handover. Coordinate Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, R&D, Marketing, and external EMS/ODM suppliers. Ensure product quality, capacity, cost, efficiency, lead time, manufacturing readiness, and on-time delivery. Lead risk management, reporting, supplier collaboration, process validation, continuous improvement, and project-method standardization across international teams.
