Build and maintain territory customer relationships, identify and pursue sales opportunities, provide product demos and equipment solutions, document activity in CRM, coordinate order fulfillment, and stay current on industry and product knowledge to drive revenue.

Sell parts and service solutions (PM plans, repairs, remanufactured components, warranties) to customers in an assigned territory. Build and maintain customer relationships via sales calls and follow-up, prepare quotes, provide limited technical support, use a CRM for planning and notes, ensure pricing/approval standards, assist after-sales service, and follow safety policies.

Outside sales representative responsible for building customer relationships, generating new business within a territory, presenting and demoing equipment, managing CRM notes and follow-up, resolving customer issues, and promoting additional services while adhering to safety requirements.
