The Sales Coordinator is responsible for daily operations, sales support, managing inventory, and lead generation while coordinating with customers.

Sell parts, preventative maintenance plans, service repairs and PM contracts to existing and new customers in an assigned territory. Quote and close parts/service jobs, follow up on sales, provide limited technical support, manage CRM records, and ensure customer satisfaction and departmental pricing compliance.

Build and maintain territory customer relationships, identify and pursue sales opportunities, provide product demos and equipment solutions, document activity in CRM, coordinate order fulfillment, and stay current on industry and product knowledge to drive revenue.
