The Sr. Sourcing Manager leads strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contracting, category performance, cost reduction, and risk mitigation. The role oversees forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, supplier KPIs, and continuity planning across manufacturing, projects, and eCommerce. It manages multi-million-dollar spend, develops buyers and planners, partners cross-functionally, and improves margins, working capital, inventory turns, and supplier performance through ERP systems and analytics.

Drives quoting, product commercialization, and lifecycle management for lubricants, fluids, hard parts, and services. Responsibilities include developing bills of materials and quotation forms, maintaining product data, analyzing SKU costs and pricing, managing inventory runout plans, supporting new product development, and coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product Management. The role also owns process documentation, supports enterprise projects, monitors market trends, and travels up to 5% of the time.
