The role partners with technical leaders and executives to maintain delivery quality, visibility, and consistent PMO processes.

Manages customers’ import/export brokerage and freight-forwarding shipments from quote through delivery. Evaluates routing, pricing, transit times, and carrier options; monitors shipment progress; resolves customs, regulatory, and delivery issues; prepares government documents and letters of credit; ensures accurate billing and records; supports account policies and compliance; and serves as the primary customer contact.

Evaluate routing, carrier, price, and transit options; monitor shipments; resolve disruptions; prepare customs and government documents; coordinate billing, pricing, credit, compliance, and records; and serve as the primary customer contact.
