Support, maintain, and improve enterprise LAN/WAN/wireless, SD-WAN, VPN/remote access, and firewall environments. Troubleshoot connectivity, monitor network health, execute upgrades and changes, maintain documentation, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and provide occasional on-call and voice system support.

Manage customers’ import/export brokerage and freight forwarding engagements from shipment planning through final delivery. Evaluate routing, carrier, price, and transit options; monitor shipments; resolve disruptions; prepare customs and government documents; coordinate billing, pricing, credit, compliance, and records; and serve as the primary customer contact. The role requires knowledge of international logistics and customs processes, strong communication, organization, independent judgment, and occasional customer visits.

Prepares and submits customs and shipment documentation, ensuring timely clearance and sailing. Reviews reports, responds to customer and internal inquiries, handles AES filings, assists with invoice questions, and supports logistics operations. The role requires accurate document processing, knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and Schedule B numbers, strong organization, confidentiality, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
