Leads and develops a cross-functional software engineering team delivering and operating an enterprise AI platform. Responsibilities include coaching engineers, improving software development, testing, DevOps, support, reliability, observability, and delivery practices; partnering with product, architecture, AI, and business leaders; hiring and developing talent; and occasionally contributing hands-on to coding, debugging, automation, technical spikes, and code reviews.

Manages Consultants and Assistants delivering retirement plan services to clients and financial partners. Leads hiring, training, coaching, performance management, workflow planning, service-level monitoring, productivity reporting, staffing allocation, and process improvement. Coordinates with other managers to maintain consistent service standards and participates in organizational leadership, planning, and special projects.

Processes defined contribution retirement plan activities, including loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, Form 5500, valuation imports, and reconciliations. Reviews processes, meets productivity and quality metrics, handles high-volume work accurately, identifies issues, and escalates them to team leads. Requires finance or accounting knowledge, analytical problem-solving skills, communication, flexibility across shifts, and basic Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
