Responsibilities include requirements analysis, planning, code reviews, continuous improvement, production issue resolution, and protecting confidential data.

Leads Ascensus’s Fraud Investigations function, setting strategy, performance standards, workforce plans, and fraud risk controls. Oversees complex investigations, fraud loss mitigation, regulatory compliance, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement. Partners with executives, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology, law enforcement, vendors, and industry stakeholders. Develops managers and investigators while driving operational excellence, governance adherence, and enterprise-wide fraud prevention initiatives.

Lead development and delivery of onboarding methodology and service models for the Unqork domain. Define vision, prioritize backlog, translate business needs into user stories with BDD acceptance criteria, collaborate with scrum and UX teams, measure outcomes with KPIs, drive adoption and stakeholder engagement, and ensure regulatory/security handling of confidential data.
