Manages relationships with large retirement plan clients and financial advisors, serving as the primary contact for service, issue resolution, retention, and growth. Coordinates with internal teams, supports product education and cross-selling, analyzes client data, leads outreach and communication strategies, and develops relationships with senior decision-makers. The role also manages escalations, supports plan design and product adoption, participates in value-creation projects, and maintains knowledge of financial, regulatory, accounting, service, and compliance requirements.

Manage relationships with large retirement plan clients and financial advisors. Serve as the primary contact for service issues, retention strategies, product education, escalations, and coordinated internal support. Develop executive-level relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, analyze client data, lead outreach campaigns, and support product enhancements. Maintain knowledge of retirement services, financial, regulatory, compliance, and operational matters while coordinating projects and meetings.

Monitor cybersecurity tools and environments for suspicious activity, develop SOC procedures and playbooks, manage threat detection and intelligence tools, maintain threat intelligence KPIs, support digital forensics and incident response, and assist with penetration testing. The role requires broad cybersecurity expertise across networks, endpoints, applications, cloud, malware analysis, threat hunting, incident response, and industry frameworks, while mentoring junior analysts and communicating with stakeholders.
