Develops channel and account strategies, drives revenue and profitability, negotiates agreements, builds distributor partnerships, manages key customers, improves commercial processes, oversees forecasting and CRM practices, and leads an inside sales team. Requires global business development, account management, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration across specialty chemicals, life sciences, advanced materials, and related B2B markets.

Manage sales orders, shipment transport, customs and dispatch documentation for UK and international shipments. Track deliveries, resolve supplier and client issues, maintain logistics databases and company records, raise purchase orders, and support audits and document control. Provide site support for product stewardship activities, including maintaining translated safety data sheets. Requires logistics experience, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and effective communication with suppliers, clients, auditors, and internal teams.
