Own the vision, roadmap, priorities, and backlog for Product Supply IT solutions. Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional Agile teams to translate business needs into digital outcomes, improve product capabilities, support stable daily operations, resolve incidents, and manage relevant vendors and contracts. The role requires strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder alignment, and understanding of product supply, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, or ERP processes.

Provides proactive executive and operational support to the Chief Regulatory & Safety Officer and GRAPS Leadership Team. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, meeting and governance coordination, briefing materials, action tracking, expenses, events, vendor and purchasing coordination, onboarding, executive communications, records management, and confidential stakeholder support across global time zones.

Develop and maintain global scientific training curricula for Medical Affairs teams, facilitate in-person and virtual learning sessions, assess training effectiveness, support employee onboarding and fellowship programs, and apply innovative learning technologies. The role collaborates with scientific subject matter experts, adapts content for diverse cultures and audiences, and promotes continuous learning across the organization.
