Manage and improve global procure-to-pay accounting processes, including vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, accruals, expenses, and close activities. Drive automation, digitalization, data quality, workflow optimization, and ERP enhancements using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ExFlow, Power Platform, reporting, and AI tools. Support VAT, EC Sales List, and Intrastat reporting while collaborating with Finance, Tax, IT, Supply Chain, and international stakeholders.

Leads financial control, governance, reporting, accounting, audit coordination, internal controls, and statutory compliance across European entities. Oversees country-specific requirements, launches, process improvements, and scalable finance solutions. Partners with Tax, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Finance Systems, and global process owners while leveraging ERP, analytics, automation, and AI. Requires extensive international finance operations or audit experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and the ability to simplify processes and influence across geographies.

Design, build and operate data solutions on Azure; blend data from multiple sources; advise business on data practices; participate in business-oriented data projects; collaborate with product teams and owners to deliver analytics-ready data platforms.
