Lead accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting for assigned business units. Manage and develop an accounting team, ensure IFRS-compliant controls, support audits, drive process automation and improvements, oversee payroll/tax filings, budgeting/forecasting, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

Lead FP&A activities including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition analysis, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, and monthly/quarterly reporting. Partner with operations and cross-functional teams, present findings to senior management, evaluate business cases, ensure compliance, and improve financial processes and tools. Support ad-hoc analyses and strategic planning.

Support finance and accounts payable with invoice entry, vendor payments, bank activity, and general ledger reconciliations. Prepare journal entries, analyze variances, assist with budgets and audits, produce financial reports, and partner with departments to improve processes and reduce costs while ensuring GAAP and data accuracy.
