Coordinate daily outpatient clinic operations, including appointment scheduling, communications, staff onboarding, records management, caseload support, inventory, client files, meeting documentation, billing cross-checks, and administrative assistance for directors and therapists. The role provides welcoming client service and supports events, equipment management, and general office workflows in a pediatric healthcare setting.

Provides part-time preschool support for children with developmental, learning, sensory processing, and communication disorders. Assists teaching staff with educational activities, maintains a positive environment, supports child development, changes diapers, and helps clean up. Requires at least one year of experience working with children ages 0–5 and CPR certification. Special-needs experience, bilingual ability, and early childhood education coursework are preferred.

Provide in-person AAC evaluations and develop individualized AAC plans for pediatric patients; train families and educators on speech-generating devices and assistive technology; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across early intervention, outpatient clinics, and school districts; stay current on AAC advances to optimize patient care.
