Provides strategic HR partnership to clinic and business leaders across Houston. Advises on workforce planning, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, leadership coaching, organizational change, succession planning, and manager training. The role requires dedicated HR Business Partner experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and local travel to assigned clinics.

Manage end-to-end payroll and HR operations for multiple client companies, including multi-state registration and withholding, tax filings, garnishments, year-end forms, onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, HR system administration, and client support. The role requires accurate payroll processing, worker-classification judgment, strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage a client portfolio remotely.
