Provides in-person psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, psychopharmacological management, substance use disorder treatment, medication-assisted treatment, supportive psychotherapy, and care coordination. Works with multidisciplinary teams to support patients across mental health, recovery, medical, and social needs. Requires an unrestricted California medical license and DEA license, with psychiatric provider experience preferred. This is a full-time Sacramento clinic position.

Provides remote psychiatric evaluations, medication management, substance use disorder treatment, psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and medication-assisted treatment. Coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams and connects patients to medical referrals, psychological testing, peer support, housing, and other resources. Serves patients across age groups through telemedicine and supports scheduled and walk-in care. Requires bilingual English-Spanish communication and active licensure in the clinician’s home state and Oregon.

Coordinate care with primary care, behavioral health, peer support, and community resources. Complete clinical documentation, rating scales, treatment plans, referrals, and support for scheduled and walk-in patients. Must serve patients through telemedicine, maintain required state licenses, and communicate bilingually in English and Spanish.
