Lead manufacturing automation and capital projects from concept through commissioning. Identify automation opportunities, manage integrators and vendors, troubleshoot CNC, robotic, PLC, HMI, safety, and EOAT issues, and support preventive maintenance. Implement machine monitoring and OEE systems, analyze downtime and production data, improve workflows and layouts, and ensure OSHA and machine-safety compliance. Provide training, documentation, and successful equipment handoff while driving continuous improvement.

Manage weekly payroll for hourly and salaried union employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to collective bargaining agreements. Responsibilities include reconciling time records, processing deductions and employee status changes, handling payroll inquiries in English and Spanish, supporting audits and year-end reporting, and maintaining confidential records.

Develops and executes supply planning strategies to optimize inventory, service levels, and costs. Responsibilities include safety stock and excess inventory optimization, pre-build planning, at-risk inventory management, master data maintenance, supply plan approval, exception management, SIOP supply support, MRP setup, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with demand planning, purchasing, product management, operations, suppliers, customer service, and other stakeholders while mentoring junior planners.
