The Research Scientist will lead hands-on research in Conversational AI, advocate for new AI applications, mentor junior researchers, and contribute to publications.

Own the platform connecting ASAPP's GenerativeAgent to the real world: API Connections, SDKs, A2A interoperability, MCP servers, telephony/CCaaS integrations, and developer documentation. Set strategy, roadmaps, prioritize work, work with engineering and customers, and define metrics and telemetry to measure outcomes.

Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for integrations, SDKs, A2A/MCP servers, telephony/CCaaS integrations, and developer docs. Coordinate with engineering, customers, and execs to prioritize, measure, and deliver platform features that enable customers to deploy ASAPP solutions.
