Responsibilities include reviewing records, preparing responses to notices, resolving technical client queries, managing invoices and collections, visiting client locations, coordinating team tasks, escalating issues, following processes, meeting performance targets, sharing technical knowledge, and writing professional articles.

Supports transfer pricing and international tax engagements through benchmarking research, tax form preparation, income computations, tax returns, submissions, and assessment documentation. Assists with DTAA, digital tax, cross-border transactions, FEMA analysis, tax controversy matters, and jurisprudence research. Coordinates assignments with senior team members and helps managers deliver timely, high-quality client services.

Supports forensic audits, fraud investigations, audit and assurance engagements, compliance testing, transaction verification, accounting research, financial data analysis, data mining, document examination, evidence gathering, and assignment recordkeeping. The trainee also attends meetings and training to develop technical and professional skills.

Support financial due diligence activities by analyzing financial statements, evaluating complex numerical data, and preparing presentations and reports. The role requires strong analytical, numerical, and presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn. This trainee position is based in Mumbai and follows ICAI stipend norms.

Supports accounting and bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax and GST compliances, RBI and ROC filings, financial statement preparation, MIS reporting, and audit assistance for multiple client accounts under senior review. Responsibilities include transaction recording, TDS and corporate tax calculations, payroll and labor-law returns, GST returns, foreign remittance forms, financial reporting, and regulatory documentation.
