Creates and maintains user, service, and installation manuals and release notes for pharmacy automation products. Researches technical information, interviews subject matter experts, tests products, and collaborates with technical teams. Edits and standardizes documentation, selects supporting visuals, manages revisions and version history, and ensures content is clear, accurate, accessible, and aligned with established standards.

Supervise end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including purchasing, vendor management, inventory, production planning, warehousing, shipping, and distribution. Manage warehouse personnel, ERP master data, bills of material, supplier performance, forecasting, capacity planning, and international shipping compliance. Analyze operational data, improve productivity and efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure materials and finished goods support production and customer demand.

Supports procurement, inventory management, material planning, supplier coordination, logistics, and ERP data management in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include issuing purchase orders, monitoring supplier performance and inventory, coordinating shipments, analyzing supply chain metrics, resolving material availability issues, and contributing to cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
