Lead manufacturing operations for Modesto, CA and Helena, AR sites, driving safety, quality, environmental compliance, production, delivery, and financial performance. Own site P&L, sponsor capital and transformation projects, develop leadership and succession plans, and partner with functional teams and regulators to ensure operational reliability and risk governance. Promote continuous improvement and a high-performing culture focused on customer service and sustainable growth.

Provide strategic and operational HR support across Oceania, covering talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR policy, and organizational development to drive engagement and business results.

Lead design, build, and production deployment of AI solutions across Arxada's Microsoft ecosystem. Own architecture for Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, M365 Copilot, and Power Platform; integrate OT edge-to-cloud pipelines; embed security, identity, and responsible AI controls; manage MLOps and lifecycle; and mentor engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable enterprise AI solutions.
