Lead commercial strategy and drive sustainable, profitable growth for Additives across South Asia. Manage key accounts and distributors, achieve sales and margin targets, develop account plans, identify new market opportunities, provide market intelligence and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally on product, pricing and supply, manage receivables and CRM, and represent the region in launches and strategic initiatives. Frequent travel; Mumbai-based.

Perform routine and specialized microbiology and virology testing within a GLP framework, including study planning, execution, culture maintenance in BSL-2/BSL2+ environments, data analysis, and technical reporting. Ensure GLP/SOP compliance, support equipment qualification and QA activities, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in rotational weekend work for time-sensitive assays.

Process and track customer orders, act as primary customer contact for order status and issues, coordinate with Sales/Supply Chain/Logistics/Finance, resolve order discrepancies and returns, maintain ERP/customer data, assist reporting and process improvements to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
