The Automation Engineer will design, deploy, and sustain automation systems, improve manufacturing efficiency, and support compliance with safety regulations while collaborating with various teams.

Serve as the primary technical interface to customers across LATAM, supporting commercial growth through biocide expertise. Lead customer engagements, product evaluations, trainings, plant audits, and lab testing coordination. Analyze results, prepare technical reports, present findings, and collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to support product commercialization and value propositions.

Provide third-line support and escalation for complex Microsoft 365 and digital workplace incidents; lead root cause analysis and problem management; administer and optimise Microsoft 365 services; manage identity and access (Entra ID/AD, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC); implement security, compliance and governance controls; drive automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; collaborate with teams and vendors to improve service delivery.
