Coordinate with customers, supply chain, logistics, commercial, customer service, and finance teams to resolve availability issues, backorders, delivery problems, exceptions, and claims. Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Manage regional sales for Arxada’s Home and Personal Care microbial control portfolio across Thailand and Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include managing key accounts and distributors, developing new business, executing sales plans, forecasting, maintaining customer relationships, coordinating market intelligence internally, collecting receivables, and representing the company at trade shows. The role requires technical sales expertise in microbial control and Home and Personal Care manufacturing.

Coordinate outbound customer shipments and stock transfers across transportation modes. Analyze logistics data, KPIs, and performance trends to identify cost savings and service improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders and logistics providers to optimize supply chain processes, support change initiatives, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
