Manage end-to-end procurement for MEP materials, equipment, and subcontract packages across construction or infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include vendor sourcing and audits, tendering, negotiations, purchase and work orders, order expediting, cost control, compliance, reporting, and coordination with engineering, project, and QA/QC teams. The role requires monitoring budgets, delivery schedules, vendor performance, market pricing, and procurement documentation.

Leads strategic HR partnering across workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, engagement, learning and development, compliance, HR operations, and analytics. Partners with business leaders and plant operations to align workforce strategies, resolve employee issues, improve retention and productivity, ensure labor-law compliance, and deliver HR dashboards and actionable insights.

Develops domestic sales strategies for woven fabrics, acquires and manages customers, negotiates pricing, finalizes orders, and drives market growth. Conducts market intelligence, product promotion, customer presentations, and industry engagement. Coordinates with production, quality, design, merchandising, logistics, and finance teams to execute orders, resolve customer concerns, monitor receivables, and meet sales targets. Prepares forecasts, business plans, territory strategies, and performance reports.
