Manages enterprise IT support personnel and infrastructure services, including hiring, coaching, budgeting, resource planning, policy development, service improvement, governance, and project support. Partners with IT teams, laboratory management, vendors, and organizational stakeholders to maintain reliable, secure, and effective technology services. Provides technical direction, evaluates emerging technologies, ensures compliance with standards, and oversees support operations across desktop, systems, applications, and infrastructure services.

Manages full-cycle talent acquisition from job posting through offer acceptance. Sources, screens, interviews, assesses, and recommends candidates while maintaining ATS records and delivering a strong candidate experience. Partners with hiring supervisors, HR, compensation, and leadership on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, compliance, employer branding, and difficult-to-fill roles. Builds talent pipelines through outreach, referrals, events, universities, and community partnerships, and provides ATS and recruiting process support.

Leads enterprise vulnerability management, including advanced assessments, scan validation, risk prioritization, remediation tracking, threat modeling, penetration testing, exploit analysis, and executive reporting. Conducts security impact and risk assessments across applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and vendor networks. Supports incident response, SOC analysts, security control improvements, training, and cybersecurity compliance efforts using NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001, and HITRUST frameworks.
