Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laboratory equipment, analyzers, and automation (robots, conveyors, liquid handlers). Perform IQ/OQ/PQ, preventive maintenance, record keeping, inventory control, equipment moves, on-call emergency repairs, and train technicians while following safety and regulatory requirements.

Manage supplier relationships, ensure performance accountability, develop sourcing strategies, provide customer service, and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.

Create visual concepts and marketing collateral (logos, brochures, web graphics, social media, signage, presentations, animation) following brand and generative AI guidelines. Collaborate with writers, developers, and project managers to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables under general supervision.
