Develops, validates, and improves laboratory assays and methodologies for clinical implementation. Conducts literature reviews, designs analytical and validation protocols, interprets experimental data, and prepares validation documentation. Collaborates with medical directors, R&D, and technical operations to troubleshoot assays, validate equipment and processes, train laboratory staff, and monitor assay performance after launch. Communicates project progress and presents findings in meetings and professional forums while ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance.

The IT Cloud Engineer designs and operates cloud platforms, collaborates with cross-functional teams, implements secure environments, and automates processes.

Develops and maintains production software features, owns end-to-end implementation and production incident resolution, contributes to system design, enforces coding and testing standards, maintains CI/CD pipelines, conducts code reviews, and collaborates with product and stakeholders.
