Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, requirements, delivery, quality testing, and adoption of AI-native products for life sciences documentation workflows. Partner with customers, engineering, AI, design, implementation, and customer success teams to build reliable, traceable, explainable products using LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, citations, and human review. Translate complex regulatory and scientific workflows into prioritized product plans and establish product management practices in a fast-paced startup.

Act as a domain-focused product lead bridging engineering and pharma users to design, implement, and validate systems that generate and manage regulatory and R&D documentation (CTD, non-clinical, CMC). Translate workflows into engineering requirements, implement Artos in customer environments, evaluate AI outputs, identify edge cases, and support feature validation and adoption.

Build and scale production-grade backend systems and APIs for LLM-based applications. Design and orchestrate multi-step LLM agents and RAG pipelines, perform prompt engineering and evaluation, run technical R&D on model capabilities, deploy containerized services to cloud, and collaborate with product and domain teams in a fast-paced startup.

Own technical relationships with large enterprise customers: lead architecture reviews and technical planning, manage implementations and releases, coordinate multi-team deployments and integrations, design solutions aligned with customer security and infrastructure, and translate customer needs into engineering and product work.

Serve as Artos's first salesperson: own full enterprise and mid-market sales cycles, generate pipeline, close complex deals, and build the sales playbook, pricing, and GTM processes while partnering with founders and protecting customer outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for a GenAI-powered platform serving biopharma regulatory needs. Deploy and scale containerized applications in cloud environments, implement CI/CD pipelines, apply LLM techniques (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG), debug production systems, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver regulated, secure solutions.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers deploying Artos (cloud or BYOC). Install, configure, troubleshoot, and scale deployments; diagnose issues through logs, infrastructure, and code; escalate to engineering. Own customer-facing and security/compliance documentation. Collaborate with engineering, implementation, and customer success to improve product reliability and deployment experience.
