Maintain inspection-ready documentation in the eQMS, assist onboarding and audits, monitor document review cycles, and provide guidance to document authors while ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, ICH, EU GMP, and internal procedures.

Lead corporate development and long-range strategy for a clinical-stage NK cell therapy company. Drive pre-launch commercial planning, publication strategy, investor and board materials, fundraising support, and BD diligence and deal support. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, medical, finance, and executive teams to translate scientific data into commercial strategy and stakeholder-ready narratives.

Develop and run translational immunology assays (flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, cytotoxicity, ddPCR/qPCR), process clinical biospecimens, analyze and report data, and lead assay transfers and troubleshooting with CROs to support clinical trials.
