Lead corporate development and long-range strategy for a clinical-stage NK cell therapy company. Drive pre-launch commercial planning, publication strategy, investor and board materials, fundraising support, and BD diligence and deal support. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, medical, finance, and executive teams to translate scientific data into commercial strategy and stakeholder-ready narratives.

Develop and run translational immunology assays (flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, cytotoxicity, ddPCR/qPCR), process clinical biospecimens, analyze and report data, and lead assay transfers and troubleshooting with CROs to support clinical trials.

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for commercial and clinical agreements, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and obligation tracking. Partner with business, Finance, Procurement, and CROs on clinical trial agreements and playbooks. Lead CLM selection/implementation, support data privacy and legal operations, identify and escalate contractual and compliance risks.
