Lead corporate development and long-range strategy for a clinical-stage NK cell therapy company. Drive pre-launch commercial planning, publication strategy, investor and board materials, fundraising support, and BD diligence and deal support. Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, medical, finance, and executive teams to translate scientific data into commercial strategy and stakeholder-ready narratives.

Develop and run translational immunology assays (flow cytometry, cytokine profiling, cytotoxicity, ddPCR/qPCR), process clinical biospecimens, analyze and report data, and lead assay transfers and troubleshooting with CROs to support clinical trials.

Lead and build GMP Quality Assurance for internal cell therapy manufacturing: own quality systems (deviations, CAPA, change control, batch disposition), inspection readiness, and BLA/CMC quality preparedness. Partner with Technical Operations and Regulatory Affairs, drive risk-based decisions, chair quality governance, and manage a GMP QA team to ensure compliance with FDA/EMA/ICH standards and continuous improvement.
