Leads MSAT activities supporting clinical and commercial allogeneic cell therapy manufacturing. Responsibilities include technology transfer, process validation, batch documentation, manufacturing troubleshooting, deviations, investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, risk assessments, and manufacturing data trending. The role authors SOPs and Master Batch Records, supports raw material characterization, establishes tracking and trending programs, and provides technical leadership in a regulated cGMP environment.

Supports Quality Assurance Operations through document control, eQMS administration, training records management, controlled labeling, records archiving, audit support, and inspection readiness. Reviews, routes, approves, and releases controlled documents; maintains training curricula and quality records; coordinates drug product labeling; supports audits and periodic reviews; and provides guidance on documentation procedures and regulatory requirements.

Conduct analytical testing supporting process development of allogeneic NK cell therapies. Responsibilities include in vitro assays, data analysis and trending, assay transfers, troubleshooting, technical documentation, cross-functional coordination, and training personnel on analytical procedures. The role requires hands-on experience with flow cytometry, plate readers, automated cell counters, and relevant laboratory experience in biological sciences, with cell therapy, immunology, oncology, and regulated GxP experience preferred.
