Conduct translational research and biomarker analysis supporting autoimmune disease clinical trials. Develop and run immunophenotyping, cytotoxicity, proliferation, and cytokine assays; perform flow cytometry QC; analyze clinical biospecimens and report findings. Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, and Data Management on biomarker strategy, sample logistics, and trial data interpretation. Present results, support publications, maintain compliant laboratory documentation, and follow protocols and safety procedures.

Support enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, laboratory applications, business platforms, and end users in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities include SOX and GxP compliance support, ERP and business application administration, helpdesk and onboarding services, Microsoft 365 and identity administration, infrastructure maintenance, backup and disaster recovery, asset procurement, vulnerability remediation, automation, and inspection readiness activities.

Conduct analytical testing supporting process development of allogeneic NK cell therapies. Responsibilities include in vitro assays, data analysis and trending, assay transfers, troubleshooting, technical documentation, cross-functional coordination, and training personnel on analytical procedures. The role requires hands-on experience with flow cytometry, plate readers, automated cell counters, and relevant laboratory experience in biological sciences, with cell therapy, immunology, oncology, and regulated GxP experience preferred.
