Supports a Portfolio Manager and investment team through complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, office administration, onboarding, IT and facilities coordination, and confidential personal assistant duties. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office while handling shifting priorities and occasional after-hours needs.

Leads business development and capital formation for a global special situations investment strategy. Builds institutional investor relationships, originates prospects, manages the sales pipeline, communicates complex investment strategies, coordinates diligence with investment professionals, gathers market feedback, and expands distribution across credit, alternatives, and fixed-income investors. Extensive travel and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.

Supports compliance reporting, attestations, questionnaires, regulatory inquiries, RFP responses, due diligence, examinations, policy documentation, Code of Ethics administration, compliance testing, and surveillance. The role interprets regulations for business communications, assists with process enhancements and special projects, and collaborates with internal partners and senior compliance professionals within a global asset management firm.
