Build and scale Artie’s real-time database replication platform using distributed systems, change data capture, and stream processing. Responsibilities include column encryption, analytics tooling, schema change alerts, infrastructure automation, pipeline optimization, and native CDC connectors. The founding engineer will work across the stack, interact with customers, and help define product direction. Experience with asynchronous systems, gRPC, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Helm is helpful; Go proficiency is preferred.
