Leads GTM strategy, planning, forecasting, performance management, analytics, data governance, and compensation strategy across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Channel. The role translates company objectives into targets, resource plans, operating rhythms, and executive insights. It also governs GTM metrics and data foundations, partners with technical teams on requirements and roadmaps, leads compensation modeling, and manages a multidisciplinary organization.

Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to improve organizational design, talent management, performance, engagement, employee relations, and organizational change. Lead company-wide People programs, advise senior leaders, use people insights and HR technology to improve employee experiences, and strengthen People Partnering practices across the organization.
