Develop complex Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models for government enterprise reporting and data modernization initiatives. Responsibilities include DAX development, data modeling, visualization, performance tuning, OBIEE-to-Power BI migration, Power Automate workflow automation, ETL and data integration, refresh strategies, Agile delivery, and technical documentation. The role is fully onsite in Washington, DC, requires 15+ years of experience, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Develop and analyze mainframe software using PL/I on IBM z/OS. Work with IMS DB, DB2 for z/OS, PL/I XML transaction processing, Endevor, IMS BMPs, MFS, and mainframe debugging tools. The role is onsite in Toronto three business days per week on a contract running from November 2026 through September 2027. Public-sector and transportation experience is advantageous.

Administer and support SQL Server and cloud databases for a tolling environment. Responsibilities include database monitoring, installation, upgrades, patching, migration, performance tuning, troubleshooting deadlocks and blocking, resolving application connectivity issues, supporting high availability, and managing very large databases. The role also provides help desk and application support, uses operating-system scripting, and recommends database improvements while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.
