Associate Lawyer supporting corporate M&A transactions, including public and private mergers, reorganisations, joint ventures, private equity, corporate governance, and financing matters. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, providing legal and commercial advice, collaborating with cross-border teams, developing client relationships, contributing to business development, and participating in thought leadership and networking initiatives.

Provide Irish-law advice and manage execution of complex debt financings (LMA-based facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements). Lead drafting, negotiation, due diligence, CP/closing and post-completion filings; coordinate with counterpart counsel, lenders and internal specialists. Support client development, supervise trainees, and use legal tech/GenAI tools to improve precedent libraries and workflows.
