Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates in the Pensions and Commercial team, including diary and email management, client onboarding AML checks, billing and invoicing, document production and formatting, file maintenance, travel and expenses, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Provide hands-on support and administration for on‑premises and cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, unified communications, WAN, virtualization and storage. Lead telephony modernisation and voice migrations, troubleshoot escalations, manage incidents/changes, support security/compliance, coordinate with MSPs, and contribute to infrastructure projects and automation.

Provide corporate and M&A legal advice on public and private transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures and private equity deals. Draft clear legal documents, work on cross-border interdisciplinary teams, support client relationships, engage in business development and attend networking and marketing events while delivering high-quality, commercially minded legal solutions.
