Legal Associate responsible for investment transaction documentation, fund formation and regulatory filings, contract drafting and negotiation, external counsel management, litigation tracking, and legal risk management. The role supports venture capital and private equity operations across multiple entities, ensuring enforceable agreements, compliance with SEBI AIF requirements, and accurate legal governance. It also involves guiding junior team members and building legal templates, playbooks, and process systems.

Build and manage trusted relationships with family offices, UHNIs, and institutional investors. Lead investor engagement from initial discussions through onboarding and reporting, advise on portfolio construction and alternative allocations, support capital structuring, and deliver institutional-quality communications. The role partners with senior leadership to develop capital strategy, scale investor partnership processes, coordinate with operations, finance, and legal, and mentor the growing team.
