Provides first-line IT support for a healthcare system by triaging service requests, verifying credentials, troubleshooting and repairing computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals, documenting resolutions, and escalating unresolved issues. Supports hardware recommendations, system maintenance, remote repairs, and technology deployments, upgrades, and relocations. Provides on-site, field, and scheduled 24/7 support while handling confidential information and patient-facing environments.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to hospital executives (CEO, CFO, CNO, COO): manage correspondence, calendars, travel, meetings, WebEx setups, minutes, invoices, office supplies, expense reconciliation, and assist with legal/data tasks and physician recruitment coordination.

Provides direct medical-surgical nursing care using the nursing process, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, education, and documentation. Supports patients and families with empathy, maintains confidentiality, assists with staff orientation, collaborates with team members, and fills staffing needs. Requires sound clinical judgment, adherence to safety and quality standards, and readiness to perform cross-functional duties.
