Develop and analyze software for computer network operations, embedded devices, firmware, and low-level Windows or Unix systems. Responsibilities include programming in C, C++, Python, and Assembly; network and packet-level development; vulnerability research; reverse engineering; debugging; and embedded systems development. Candidates may support Windows, Unix, Cisco, Juniper, Android, or iOS platforms and must hold TS/SCI clearance with an agency polygraph.

Develops system requirements, architectures, concepts of operation, interface standards, and technical documentation for complex hardware and software systems. Leads systems engineering design, integration, testing, feasibility studies, performance analysis, and implementation planning. Coordinates integration across teams, ensures interface coverage, reviews engineering deliverables, and provides technical leadership while communicating with customers, government oversight personnel, and senior executives.

Perform Linux DevOps and system integration activities, including installing, configuring, sustaining, and troubleshooting software tools and packages. Develop Bash and Python scripts, administer bare-metal Kubernetes clusters, implement infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD automation, monitor Linux clusters and nodes, and maintain STE/STN compliance. The role also supports containerized environments, security posture consistency, and tools used across agency and Intelligence Community partners.

Develop software drivers, applications, embedded systems, client/server solutions, and digital signal processing capabilities. Analyze processor technologies, operating systems, architectures, and interfaces; write Assembly and high-level code; reverse engineer software; and conduct peer reviews. Responsibilities may include leading software development teams, communicating project status and progress, identifying technical issues, and recommending solutions. Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or substitutions and 3–10+ years of software and firmware development experience, depending on level.

Designs, develops, integrates, and sustains secure information assurance architectures, systems, networks, and enclaves for government mission environments. The role addresses differing data classification requirements, applies Defense-in-Depth and security risk assessment methodologies, and ensures compliance with federal, NSA, IC, and DoD security policies. Candidates need extensive IASAE experience, risk assessment expertise, and IASAE Level III certification eligibility.

Develop, maintain, test, and enhance complex software systems for mission-critical DoD and Intelligence Community programs. Responsibilities include algorithm development, large-scale data processing, database and repository interfaces, performance optimization, requirements analysis, software design, troubleshooting, and adapting existing applications. Engineers may work across full-stack, real-time, analytics, cloud, and business information systems using multiple programming languages, frameworks, databases, and web technologies.
