Supports Navy and Department of War clients with PPBE, budget formulation and execution, financial forecasting, account reconciliation, variance analysis, reporting, and cost management. Maintains financial data in government systems, evaluates program funding impacts, ensures regulatory compliance, briefs leadership, and develops recommendations to resolve financial issues. The role requires federal financial management experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Provides financial management and accounting support to the Department of the Navy and NAVWAR. Responsibilities include budget formulation and execution, PPBE support, spend-plan monitoring, account reconciliation, variance analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, policy compliance, and executive briefings. Advises government leadership, evaluates budget impacts, manages multiple funding types, and develops recommendations to address financial challenges. The role is onsite at the Washington Navy Yard and requires obtaining and maintaining a security clearance.

Supports U.S. Navy and DoD financial management programs through budget formulation, spend planning, account reconciliation, variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking. Maintains data in government systems, evaluates program and policy impacts, researches funding factors, ensures compliance with financial policies, and advises stakeholders on financial challenges. Prepares executive-level analyses and recommendations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
