Contract Decision Scientist to lead analytics for a multi-state restaurant chain: mentor team members, prepare and clean large datasets (cloud and on-prem), build and operationalize statistical and predictive models, produce visualizations/reports, and translate insights for stakeholders while ensuring privacy-compliant data handling.

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements: define client issues, develop hypotheses, manage teams (1–6), deliver data-driven recommendations, handle client relationships, support proposals, and travel occasionally. Role is remote-first, contractor-to-hire, requires minimum 20 hours/week and strong project management, coaching, and communication skills.

The role involves defining project goals, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, particularly in M&A.
