Monitors and analyzes network activity to detect cyber threats, validate IDS alerts, investigate intrusions, perform packet-level and trend analysis, reconstruct attacks, document incidents, and develop detection signatures. Provides first-level help desk and IT support for a government lab environment. Responsibilities include user and account setup, ticket management, asset and inventory tracking, equipment provisioning, system patching, VPN and virtual desktop support, macOS and iOS troubleshooting, account administration, and NetApp SAN operations. The role also supports lab technology implementations, technical procedures, and process improvements while maintaining customer service and mission continuity.

Develop and deploy full-stack web applications supporting advanced cybersecurity capabilities for a government client. Responsibilities include building front-end and back-end components, testing, performance optimization, authentication, API integrations, CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, secure coding, documentation, and team collaboration. The role also requires leading software development teams and defining performance, scalability, availability, manageability, and security requirements for large-scale programs.
