Design, build, test, deploy, and support backend services, APIs, and web applications for front-office trading workflows. Work with traders and stakeholders to integrate OMS/EMS and market data, improve order lifecycle and post-trade processes, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers. Implement cloud-native solutions (AWS, Kubernetes) and explore LLM/Generative AI enhancements.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management and IGA strategy and target-state architecture. Assess current identity landscape, select and deploy IGA/IdP technologies, define governance/lifecycle controls for human and non-human identities, strengthen SOC1 controls, migrate legacy systems, and remain hands-on building integrations, workflows, and proofs-of-concept while partnering with security, IT, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.

The Senior Data Platform Engineer will design and enhance the data platform, improve data processes, ensure data security, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on data solutions.
