Evaluates trades against client guidelines, offering memorandums, and regulations; monitors portfolio compliance alerts; supports portfolio rebalancing; configures client restrictions in compliance systems; and leads workflow automation and technology-enhancement initiatives. The role collaborates with portfolio management, investment services, legal, regulatory compliance, and client teams, supports new investment strategies and regulatory changes, and oversees junior team members.

Owns the integrated Platform Engineering roadmap, prioritizing internal platform capabilities based on stakeholder needs, adoption, service performance, risk, cost, and engineering capacity. The role coordinates cross-team initiatives, defines service expectations including SLAs and SLOs, monitors operational performance, supports adoption, and provides leadership with evidence-based recommendations. Success requires strong technical product management, stakeholder influence, roadmap development, service management, and outcome measurement skills.

Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure automation and platform frameworks using Python. Develop APIs and Infrastructure as Code capabilities supporting CI/CD, improve cloud security and production posture, and enable AWS services across the organization. Partner with application and infrastructure teams to deliver cloud transformation, identify use cases, mentor engineers, and promote automation, innovation, and engineering best practices.
