Build and lead an enterprise IAM Platform team, defining its strategy, architecture, operating model, governance, and transformation roadmap. Assess existing identity capabilities, select platforms and partners, modernize identity governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access, and human and non-human identity management. Lead legacy migrations while maintaining security, reliability, continuity, and compliance. Establish engineering standards, controls, performance measures, and stakeholder alignment across technology, cybersecurity, risk, audit, compliance, and business teams.

Leads portfolio compliance operations, including interpreting and negotiating investment guidelines, monitoring trade restrictions, resolving compliance alerts, overseeing client guideline setup and portfolio rebalances, and supporting regulatory and investment initiatives. The role manages a team and drives workflow automation, technology enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration with portfolio management, legal, investment services, regulatory compliance, and clients.

Architects, designs, implements, supports, and optimizes enterprise networking environments. Responsibilities include maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and network software; documenting operations; researching and implementing network and security solutions; patching network devices; and developing long-term enterprise network roadmaps. The role requires expertise in Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, AWS hybrid networking, routing, switching, network architecture, security controls, and infrastructure automation.
