Own product strategy for industrial winch, hoist, and drive systems by analyzing markets, competitors, customer needs, pricing, demand, margins, and market share. Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, forecasts, and go-to-market input. Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership to prioritize initiatives and align product decisions with company growth objectives.

Provides on-site HR support in a manufacturing environment, advising employees and managers on policies, employee relations, investigations, performance management, leave and benefits. Coordinates recruiting, onboarding, training, merit increases, attendance reviews, HR transactions, personnel records and compliance activities. Maintains HRIS and learning-management records, prepares workforce metrics, supports policy improvements, and ensures consistent application of HR procedures and employment laws.
