Manages sales activities for company products and services, including account planning, prospecting, customer relationship development, sales calls, presentations, contract negotiations, CRM updates, forecasting, and proposal follow-up. The role works independently to meet sales quotas, identify new opportunities, support sales initiatives, and represent the company brand. Extensive overnight travel exceeding 50% is required, with limited remote work available.

Designs electrical components and complete drawing packages for conveyor equipment using AutoCAD Electrical. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical databases and symbols, producing manufacturing drawings, managing revisions and ECNs, supporting engineering specifications, applying drafting and value engineering standards, researching part history, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to improve quality, cost, and timeliness.

Administers and supports the company ERP system, including troubleshooting, upgrades, configuration, testing, documentation, and user support. Develops SQL queries, reports, ETL solutions, and data warehouse capabilities. Monitors database performance, security, backups, and recovery. Partners with manufacturing stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, protect data integrity, and implement software solutions. Participates in on-call support and requires strong business analysis, technical, communication, and project management skills.
