Coordinates technical programs between U.S. and China operations, managing engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, qualification testing, proposals, customer requirements, schedules, budgets, and risks. Supports product upgrades, production transfers, localization, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and customer liaison activities. Requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication, aerospace engineering knowledge, and willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.

Fabricate composite and non-metal components using blueprints, production instructions, hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, cutting, drilling, curing, trimming, and assembly techniques. Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools, develop layup patterns, perform repairs and tool setups, track materials and traceability, maintain inventory records, and support productivity and quality improvements. Work safely in a manufacturing environment while meeting tight tolerances and maintaining a clean, FOD-free work area.
