Provides administrative and project-management support to the Program Director by coordinating stakeholders, tracking schedule, cost, scope, risks, deadlines, and program initiatives. Organizes meetings, maintains spreadsheets and tracking tools, records actions, supports program reviews, and assists with technical and operational coordination across departments. The role is primarily office-based with occasional manufacturing-floor exposure.

Manages manufacturing engineering across product development, manufacturability, production methods, tooling, equipment, rework, and process improvement. Leads manufacturing engineers, make-or-buy decisions, capital equipment planning, lean initiatives, budgets, and plant productivity programs. Collaborates with engineering, quality, operations, customers, vendors, and offshore manufacturing facilities. Requires expertise in manufacturing processes, composite fabrication, engineering drawings, and technical project leadership.

Plans and controls production hardware flow using MPS and MRP schedules to meet customer demand and internal requirements. Coordinates shop orders, procurement priorities, material availability, capacity constraints, shipment dates, engineering drawing revisions, and production data accuracy. Responds to customer inquiries, monitors shelf-life materials, validates shop order packets, and supports manufacturing quality, delivery, lean, and cost-reduction objectives.
