Track and coordinate parts through production flow, ensure timely movement between inspection, warehouse, purchasing and production. Maintain MRP/ERP and E-KANBAN accuracy, update visual management boards and metrics, create shop orders and shippers, and communicate status to leadership.

Coordinate production flow, monitor and respond to MRP/MPS exceptions, validate shop order data, prepare shipping/packing per customer (including space) requirements, track work order completion, communicate cross-functionally, and support production planning and scheduling to meet delivery commitments.

Fabricate composite and non-metal parts using blueprints and production instructions. Perform hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, cutting, trimming, curing, assembly, and repairs. Operate fabrication machinery, track material usage and traceability, maintain clean FOD-free work area, and assist process improvements to meet quality and productivity targets.
