Monitors and coordinates parts through receiving, warehousing, purchasing, production, and off-site processing to support timely delivery. Maintains accurate MRP/ERP and E-KANBAN data, creates shop orders and customer shippers, updates visual management boards, tracks production metrics, and communicates part status and completion estimates to leadership. Requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills, MS Office proficiency, file organization experience, and MRP/ERP knowledge. Aerospace or automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.

Fabricate composite and non-metal parts using blueprints and production plans. Perform cutting, hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, and assembly; operate curing ovens, Gerber Cutter, routers, and hand/power tools. Track materials and inventory, record traceability, maintain quality and FOD-free workspace, and follow safety procedures.

Program, set up, and operate CMMs and portable inspection arms to inspect production parts and tooling per engineering drawings. Create and maintain inspection data/reports, perform complex measurement setups, analyze first-part dimensional results, coordinate with manufacturing and tool control, and support R&D and NPD activities.
