Oversee daily ACH and domestic/international wire operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, risk mitigation, fraud prevention, and strong internal controls. Supervise and coach specialists, manage ACH risk reviews, conduct quality control, interpret regulatory changes, support payment technology implementations, coordinate audits, resolve escalations, and drive workflow and process improvements across internal teams.

Manages personal insurance accounts by quoting new business, reviewing coverage, processing policy changes, collecting premiums, and handling claims. Markets insurance products, develops referrals, consults customers on coverage and risk exposures, maintains accurate account records, and delivers timely customer service. The role also supports coworkers and customers through training and guidance while ensuring compliance with agency procedures and insurance requirements.

Processes, validates, reconciles, and researches ACH and wire transactions while resolving exceptions and discrepancies. Monitors electronic transactions for fraud, verifies authorizations and compliance, updates customer data, and follows NACHA rules and applicable regulations. Provides support to customers, branches, financial institutions, government agencies, and outside companies. Requires strong customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving, prioritization, and banking transaction-processing skills.
